These Terms of Service govern your use of [NAME]'s platform and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Enterprise customers are governed by their executed Order Form and Master Service Agreement, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
[NAME] provides an enterprise data intelligence platform including AI-powered natural language query, data lineage, Smart Views, the Context Catalog, data quality tooling, and associated connectors. Services are provided on a subscription basis as defined in your Order Form.
You own your data. [NAME] processes customer data solely to provide the contracted services. We do not use customer data to train AI models, conduct research, or for any purpose other than service delivery. Full details are in the Data Processing Agreement.
You may not use [NAME] to process data you are not authorised to access, to circumvent applicable law or regulation, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to use the service in a manner that could harm [NAME] or other customers.
Uptime SLAs are defined per tier: Starter 99.5%, Business 99.9%, Enterprise as specified in the Order Form. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations. Credits for SLA breaches are outlined in the Order Form.
[NAME]'s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. These limitations do not apply to breaches of data protection obligations.
Either party may terminate the agreement on the terms specified in the Order Form. On termination, [NAME] will provide a data export and confirm deletion within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be submitted to the DIFC Courts.
